Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically pro-rate partial months.
2. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are consumable. Unused credits from a pack may be refundable within a short window after purchase; credits already spent on builds cannot be refunded, since the compute has been used.
3. How to request a refund
Contact us through the support page with your account email and the transaction in question. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law grants you a stronger right, that law applies.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
