Terms of Service
1. Overview
These terms will govern your use of SyntraX2, a platform that generates web, Android, and Windows applications from natural-language descriptions. By creating an account you will agree to be bound by them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Your content and your code
You own the applications you generate and the source code exported from them. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, build, and display your project so the service can function.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to build or distribute:
- Applications that break applicable law
- Malware, phishing tools, or anything designed to deceive users
- Material that infringes someone else's intellectual property
- Content that harasses, endangers, or exploits others
5. Credits and plans
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire. Plan credits are always consumed before purchased credits.
6. Native builds
Compiled binaries are provided unsigned unless you supply your own code-signing certificate. You are responsible for any distribution requirements of the app stores or platforms you publish to.
7. Availability
The service is provided as-is during development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
